Galaxy Poll: How 'green' is Turnbull

A galaxy poll of 1100 voters has found that, of those who answered the question 63% thought that the Liberal Party would more to tackle climate change in Government with Turnbull as leader than with Dr Nelson as leader. 37% thought they would do less.

The phone poll, commisioned by GetUp also found that 40% said they did not know if Turnbull would be 'greener'.

Simon Shike of GetUp said "The results of the poll suggest Malcolm Turnbull now has to clear the muddy waters surrounding his stance on climate change."

Galaxy Poll Queensland, Federal voting intentions.

A Galaxy poll of 800 voters carried out for the Courier-Mail in Queensland has found nothing really surprising. While, the Cotalition's vote has better economic managers has shot up to 40%, Labor is still in the lead at 50%. 53% of voters were confident that a Turnbull led government could manage the economy through the current turmoil, with Rudd on 57%. Rudd leads preferred PM 57% to 34%. The 2PP vote has Labor in front 51%-49%, slightly higher than the Federal election of 50.4%-49.6%. Labor's primamry vote is down 2%, with the coalition down 0.5%. The Greens are up from 5.6% to 9%
